Laura Astwood
Laura is our development director and brings a host of experience to DTS working within the residential development sector. Laura has worked with a range of housing associations and developers, from SME contractors through to large scale regeneration projects. She can manage projects from initial feasibility study through the planning and pre-contract process and throughout the post-contract construction phase. Laura also offers advice to her Client's on acquisitions, ranging from stock transfers to individual land or property acquisitions. Laura is well versed in various funding streams, in particularly Homes England's Affordable Homes Programme and the Home Building Fund.
Andy Davies

Andy is our consultancy director and a chartered building surveyor with heavy-weight commercial and residential experience. He joined DTS following 6 years as an Associate Director at Lambert Smith Hampton. Experienced in all aspects of commercial building consultancy, Andy has a solid track record in; project management, monitoring of work on behalf of international investment funds, Homes England and some of the biggest banks in the world; dilapidations, building pathology, insurance reinstatement assessments and technical due diligence work. Andy is also an RICS mentor for APC candidates and regularly holds mock interviews.
